I voluntarily request and authorize R.M.S. Off-Road Recovery LLC ("RMS") and its owners, members, employees, contractors, agents, operators, and representatives to provide the services requested for my vehicle or property. I understand that off-road recovery, winching, towing, tire assistance, battery assistance, fuel delivery, parts delivery, and related operations involve inherent risks, including uneven or unstable ground, rocks, mud, water, snow, ice, steep grades, trees, brush, limited access, vehicle movement, winching forces, rigging failure, mechanical failure, electrical hazards, fire, weather, traffic, and actions of third parties.

I voluntarily assume the risks associated with the requested service to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. I understand that pre-existing damage or defects, weakened or improperly installed components, corrosion, modifications, mechanical or electrical failure, hidden obstacles, terrain, weather, acts of third parties, inaccurate information, and failure to follow safety instructions may affect the outcome of service.

I understand that recovery operations can result in vehicle movement and may cause or reveal damage to bumpers, body panels, suspension, steering, drivetrain, axles, wheels, tires, glass, paint, electrical components, underbody components, recovery points, accessories, cargo, and other property. I authorize RMS to use reasonable recovery methods and equipment appropriate to the circumstances.

Personal property: I remain responsible for securing, removing, and accounting for cash, electronics, tools, firearms, documents, cargo, luggage, personal effects, and other property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RMS is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, or destroyed personal property except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Personal injury: I agree to remain in a safe location and follow RMS safety instructions. I understand that entering or remaining in the recovery area can create serious risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RMS is not responsible for bodily injury, illness, or death arising from risks that I knowingly assume or from my failure to follow safety instructions.

Pre-existing condition: I acknowledge that the vehicle may have existing damage, defects, worn components, improper modifications, corrosion, or other conditions that may affect the outcome of service.

Customer cooperation: I agree to provide accurate information, disclose known hazards and mechanical problems, identify known recovery points when possible, and not interfere with operations.

Indemnity: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RMS and the persons identified above from claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from my acts or omissions, my property, or my failure to disclose material information, except to the extent caused by conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

I authorize RMS to perform the requested services and agree to pay all charges authorized for the job, including labor, mileage, delivery fees, fuel, parts, materials, applicable recovery charges, after-hours or holiday charges, additional recovery vehicles, standby, and other charges shown on the quote or final invoice. I understand that an estimate may change when actual conditions, hazards, vehicle condition, access, or scope differ materially from the information available when the quote was given.

I understand that I am responsible for the authorized balance even if another person, insurer, club, employer, vehicle owner, or other third party may reimburse me.
